When ordering products from Arkivet AB (org no: 559365-0699) ("The Arkivet") the following conditions apply. This means that you as a consumer agree to and agree to these General Terms and Conditions for all purchases at www.arkivet.io

The archive applies i.a. the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and the data protection regulation when purchasing on www.arkivet.io .

Terms of purchase

1. General

1.1 The conditions below apply when you as a consumer order an item via www.arkivet.io or associated pages. The agreement is concluded between you and ARKIVET AB, organization number 559365-0699 ("The Archive"). Detailed contact details and other information about the Archive can be found on the website. The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are consumers and who place orders via the website.

1.2 You must be 18 years old to be able to place an order on the website, in accordance with Swedish law. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally have the right to place an order on the website. The archive reserves the right to refuse or change your order, for example if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or payment notes.

1.3 The archive reserves itself for final sales and any image and writing errors on the website, for example errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. The Archive has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, the Archive will of course notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before The archive continues with the order. All intellectual property and market laws are applied and this means, for example, that brands, images, graphics, product names, company names, designs, layouts and information about goods and services may not be copied without written approval from the Archive.

2. Agreement and order

2.1 In order to place an order, you must accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you undertake to follow the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as agree that you have read the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies according to the Archive's privacy policy , see here .

2.2 Agreements are concluded when the Archive has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation by email. You should save this confirmation for any contact with the Archive's customer service. You can cancel your order until the confirmation is sent. If the order is cancelled, the Archive will refund any payments you or your payment service companies have made in respect of the order.

3. Personal data

3.1 When ordering, you will be asked to provide customer information and personal data. You confirm that the information is true and that you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. 4. Prices and payment

4.1 Prices are those that apply when you place an order on the website. VAT is included in the price when you shop from Sweden and other EU countries, but is not included for other countries. You are responsible for paying any additional costs, taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction when you place an order on our website.

The Archive usually charges in connection with the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Should any payment method not work at the time of purchase, the Archive reserves the right to change or not offer the desired payment method. The archive is not responsible for the payment methods offered as they are offered by third parties.

4.3 If invoice payment or partial payment is chosen, the Archive or our partners may make a credit report. In such case, you will be informed about this.

4.4 When ordering, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use your chosen means of payment.

5. Delivery and transport

5.1 Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the range specified on the website. If nothing else has been agreed upon, the delivery will take place within 30 working days at the latest from when the Archive has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. 5.2 The expected delivery time is stated under Questions & Answers, at checkout and/or on the current product page on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, you have the right to cancel the purchase if the delivery is delayed by more than 30 days and it is not caused by you as the customer.

5.3 If a package is to be picked up at a delivery point, this must be done within the time frame specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and a reference number. The customer will be notified where and when the package is to be picked up. The archive is under no circumstances responsible for any direct or indirect extra costs or expenses that arise due to the customer not collecting the package on time, or other reasons. The archive reserves the right to charge the Customer a fee of SEK 180 if the package is not picked up on time.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 You always have a 30-day right of cancellation when ordering on the website. as long as you do not break/open the seal on the goods. You use the right to cancel your purchase by notifying the Archive within 30 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).

6.2 Frames come with a protective plastic that must not be opened if you want the right to return a frame. Posters are delivered sealed with a sticker over the tissue paper it is wrapped in. You must not break/open the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6.3 To use the right of withdrawal and cancel a purchase, before the withdrawal period has expired, you must send a clear message to Arkivet at info@arkivet.io and tell them this. You must state your name, address and why you wish to make a return. You must also enter other relevant information such as order number, product name and any quantity that is desired to be returned.

6.4 The goods must be returned 14 days after you have notified the Archive of your wish to cancel your purchase. You as a customer pay SEK 49 for the return shipping (with the exception of 100x140 frames which cost SEK 400 due to the size) when you exercise your right of withdrawal and are responsible for the condition of the products from the time you received the item until it was returned and received by the Archive again. The goods to be returned must be sent well packaged in their original packaging and in unaltered condition.

6.5 Any costs for customs duties and the like incurred due to your jurisdiction will not be refunded. The archive has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the original value of the item, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to you having handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function. The archive applies a full reduction in value (ie the value of the entire item) if the returned item is not in a condition to be resold (such as a new item).

6.6 When the goods have been returned, the Archive will make a refund less return shipping without unreasonable delay after their condition has been confirmed to be in condition with the Archive's refund policy.

7. Complaint

7.1 You have the right to complain about your product and demand compensation or refund if your product is defective, missing or has been damaged which is not a result of your own actions. It is important that you examine your received goods properly as soon as you receive them. If you want to submit a complaint for an ordered product, you should contact Arkivet as soon as possible at info@arkivet.io.

7.2 The archive is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

7.3 Normally, you will receive a response to your complaint within 14 days of the Archive receiving your claim for a complaint. The archive reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. 8. Third parties

8.1 The website contains links to websites owned by third parties. The archive is not responsible for management, security, content or any other aspect of these.

9. Force majeure

9.1 The Archive reserves the right to invoke force majeure in situations where this is applicable. The archive is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances beyond their control Archive control. 11. Applicable Law and Dispute

11.1 If a dispute arises between you and the Archive, you are strongly encouraged to first contact the Archive directly for resolution. The Company will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration.

In the event of a dispute, the Archive follows the decision of ARN ( Allmänna reclamationsnämnden ) or equivalent dispute resolution body.
